Privacy policy

01Information we receive

The website has no user accounts and does not keep your details in a database.

Chat assistant: when you tap «Send to sales», your name, mobile number and request or question are emailed to info@fanqode.com. Nothing is sent before you tap Send.

The quote request form prepares the request text on your own device. We only receive it if you choose to send it to us on WhatsApp, or copy and send it yourself.

When you contact us by WhatsApp or email, we receive what you send us, such as:

• Your name and mobile number.
• Your company name.
• Your project details and the service you need.

Our hosting provider may log general technical data about visits, such as IP address, browser type and time of visit, to run the site and protect it from attacks.

02How we use your information

We use the information you send us to:

• Reply to your question or request.
• Prepare an initial plan and a quote for your project.
• Contact you about your project, its delivery and support.

We do not sell your data or share it with anyone for marketing.

03Cookies and browser storage

We do not use cookies for tracking or advertising, and we do not currently use visitor analytics.

We only store your language preference (Arabic or English) in your browser. You can clear it at any time from your browser settings.

04Third-party services

The website relies on a few outside services, each with its own privacy policy:

• Google Fonts: fonts load from Google's servers, so Google receives your IP address and browser type when the page opens.
• WhatsApp: messages you send us there are covered by WhatsApp's privacy policy.
• Our hosting provider: hosts the website files and our company email.

05Client data in the systems we build

When we build a system, app or website for a client, the data stored in it remains the client's property.

We handle that data only as far as needed to build, run and support the system, and as agreed in our contract with the client.

06How long we keep information

To protect the site from abuse, we briefly keep (no more than two hours) a hashed code derived from your IP address, only to limit how many requests can be sent, and then delete it automatically.

We keep messages and request details for as long as we need them to work with you, or to meet legal and accounting obligations. You can ask us to delete them at any time.

07Your rights

You can ask us to:

• Tell you what information we hold about you.
• Correct anything that is inaccurate.
• Delete your information, unless the law requires us to keep it.

08Keeping information safe

The website runs over an encrypted connection (HTTPS), and the server is configured to block unauthorized access.

No method of sending or storing data over the internet is 100% secure, but we take reasonable care to protect information.

09Children

Our website and services are meant for businesses and business owners, not for children.

10Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date of the latest update is shown at the top of this page.
